V.SHO works with your real estate agent or will make one available for you, following a simple 4 step process to get you into your new home. This service does not cost you anything, as we have contracted rates with real estate agents, or we will negotiate one with your agent.

The Virtual Showing

We get into a loop of Virtual Showing > Comparisons > Feedback > Schedule

Demo and Onboarding

You get to experience the first showing and assess whether it is something that is of interest to you. We then assign you a real estate agent or negotiate with your agent on the fees. At the end of this, we complete the paperwork and you're on-boarded.

Seal the Deal

We physically see the property, acting as a confirmation of your choice. We then roll out offers, negotiate and Close the deal on your next home.

Let's Go

Sit on the Fence

If you ever decide that the market doesn't have anything you like, you can choose to "Sit on the Fence". During this time, we alter our schedule and you will receive regular updates about the market segment on interest to you.

When you ever want to get back in the market, we simply switch the schedule back and actively start looking for a property for you.
